## E2E Testing Approach
|
|
|
|
All tests follow these principles:
|
|
1. **Deterministic Testing**: Use E2E fixtures from `services/e2eFixtures.ts`
|
|
2. **User Context**: Tests run with specific user roles (landlord, tenant)
|
|
3. **API + UI Testing**: Both API endpoints and UI navigation are tested
|
|
4. **Error Detection**: All tests check for console errors
|
|
5. **Navigation Flows**: Tests verify proper navigation between pages
|
|
6. **Status Verification**: Tests verify data persistence and status updates
|
|
|
|

- Console error checks catch JavaScript errors during test execution
|
|
|
|
